PETA must be celebrating this great victory over fashion world, because Norway, starting new 2011 year, has announced, that there will be no fur in their Oslo Fashion Week in February. They have banned fur from the use this year. I can say, this is really brave step they made and it will be written in history, because this is the very first occasion in fashion world when fur is scratched out of fashion show guest list.
Norwegians are known to be happiest people on Earth (no joke, there’s a statistic for that) and for shure there must be some reason for that.
Who knows, maybe this is the first teaching lesson and this will make a great impact on the rest of the world. Norwegians shure can hope so, and who would dare to doubt their optimism. Whole worlds happiest people optimism.
Anyway, this is going to be one splendid and gorgeous fashion because Redken is the official sponsor for 2011.
