University at New Jersey will offer courses where students will learn about the pop diva Beyonce and her impact on culture and politics. Offered course will be called “Politicizing Beyonce” and it will be focused on Beyonce career, her public image, video clips, lyrics, and her Alter Ego: Sasha Fierce.
During the course students will learn also about other iconic women singers – Lady Gaga, Billie Holiday and Nina Simone.
Georgetown University is already being taught a course about Beyonce husband rapper “Jay-Z.”
